You can order a copy of your Degree Diploma or Transcript of Records from Humak University of Applied Sciences after you have graduated or your study entitlement has ended in other ways. Please note that you can verify your studies/degree on the Koski service at https://opintopolku.fi/koski/. In Koski, you can create a link to the studies you want to share and forward it to the person you want to share it with, for example when you apply for a job or a study place.

The documents are delivered either electronically (free of charge) or by mail.

Certificate of Study and a Transcript of Records

We charge a fee for ordering a certificate of study an a transcript of records according to the following price list:

• Printed certificate of study and transcript of records by mail 20 € (fee for students who finished their studies after 1.1.2017)
• Electronic certificate of study and transcript of records 0 €

Copy of the Degree Diploma

The degree diploma will be copied in the same form as it was originally. If you have completed your studies before 1.9.2022 your copy of the degree diploma will be printed. If you have graduated after 1.9.2022, your copy of degree diploma will be electronic.

We charge a fee for ordering a copy of the diploma according to the following price list:

• A printed copy of the diploma sent by mail 30 € (for graduates before 1.9.2022).
• The electronic copy of the diploma 0 € (for graduates after 1.9.2022).

Subscription fees for documents sent in paper form by post must be paid in advance to Humak's bank account FI80 1378 3000 2038 08 NDEAFIHH. The name and the subject of the payment must be entered in the payment details. The payment slip will be attached to the application. The application will not be processed without the payment of the fee. The delivery time for documents is 2 weeks.
