These instructions apply to the rectification procedure related to administrative decisions made by the university of applied sciences, which may be subject to a written appeal to a body designated by the university of applied sciences:
Rectification requests regarding student selections (Universities of Applied Sciences Act 932/2014, section 57) - rectification requests are handled by The President of Humak
Rectification requests for forfeiture of the right to study (Universities of Applied Sciences Act 932/2014, section 32) - rectification requests are handled by the The President of Humak
Rectification requests for decisions regarding the evaluation of study performances or RPL - rectification claims handled by Humak’s Board of Examiners
For questions regarding student admissions, you should first contact Humak’s Admission Services: admissions@humak.fi, tel. +358 29 451 9300. If the matter is not resolved after the investigation and you believe that the student selection has not been made in accordance with the selection criteria, you can write a rectification request addressed to The President of Humak
